The River Walk Center aims to provide waterfront dining, retail stores, mixed-use flex space, and a boutique hotel.
(Above) Historic Allison Hall, which was once used as a U.S. Army administration building, plans to be converted into a 48-room boutique hotel. The building consists of 3 stories with 36,00 sq ft of space.
Pulte Homes new townhouses can be seen to the left.
The brick building in the background (1250 Oceanport Ave.) will become a 2-story free-standing restaurant.
(Above) In the foreground, Building 850 can be seen with the addition of brick panels to the exterior. This building will become a flex space featuring 22-foot ceilings and open floor plans.
Steel construction in the background (Building 800) to the left will also consist of flex space.
